HEALTH & SAFETY:
For protection against COVID-19 all our vehicles are sanitised effectively pre and post all transfers. Personal sealed hand sanitiser along with face masks are available in the vehicles with our compliments. To avoid any potential contamination we will not be issuing newspapers or brochures currently.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
DISPUTES
Any dispute will only be arbitrated upon on the Island of Ireland and by an Irish court of law where required. Complaints must be made in writing within 14 days of the date the incident or grievance occurred.
HIRE SPECIFICS
Transfer rates will include tolls and parking fees and costs are based on the most direct route between the pick up and drop off point. Additional stops and/or deviations requested by the passenger will incur extra costs, which will be determined by the service provider. Day hire means 8 consecutive hours or 220km
whichever comes soonest. Additional hours or km will be billable and determined by the service provider.
CANCELLATION POLICIES
For transfers within Dublin city = Full payment if cancelled within 4 hours of original requested pick up time/No charge outside of the 4 hour period. For transfers outside of Dublin city = Full payment if cancelled within 24 hours of original requested pick up time/No charge outside of the 24 hour period.
For daytrips/Excursions and multi day/event bookings = Full payment if cancelled within 2 weeks of first requested pick up time/No charge outside of the 2 week period.
Tickets & Entrance fees = Non refundable and will be booked on your behalf at time of booking or the first possible date booking is available at a chosen venue.
DELAYS
In the case of incoming flight delays, you will not be charged any fees but the service will be subject to availability if delays are in excess of 1 hour. In the case of outgoing/departing flights, we do not monitor these so any changes in pick up time will be subject to availability and cancellation fees will apply.
In the case of any other delays, waiting time charges will apply and will vary between €40 to €70 per hour depending on the vehicle. We strongly recommend that you contact us by phone +353(0)87 654 8698 to alert us of any delays
PICK UP TIMES
On arriving flights, Chauffeur will be released after 1 hour & 15 minutes after the flight has landed. You should contact our office if for any reason you may be held up and additional charge will be applied after 1 hour and 15 minutes waiting. In any other scenario other then airport arrivals, included waiting time is 15 minutes where after the service becomes subject to availability and waiting charges will apply of between €40 to €70 Euro per hour depending on the vehicle. This does not apply to bookings where the vehicle/Chauffeur is hired for a fixed term such as day trip or excursion but the hire of the vehicle will remain as per your initial start time.
PAYMENTS
We require full payment 7 days before first assignment unless you have a written agreement with us in respect of alternative payment terms.
LOSS OR DAMAGE
Spillages and damage to the vehicle will be billed at cost of repairs. These cost will only apply if the passenger caused the spillage or damage and not in the case of an accident caused by the Chauffeur or third party not contracted by the company.
CREDIT CARD & WIRE PAYMENT
Is subject to a 3.5% administration fee. You can also make a wire transfer.
